What we do

Operations:

We are in the process of taking over 2 passenger vessels, IRS classed and Indian flagged vessels and have a project finalized for managing a bulk carrier and a oil tanker and looking forward to take over more vessels in the near future.

Our management system ensures that all vessels meet all safety and environmental requirements and are subject to intensive maintenance programs so that vessels meet with current statutory requirements of Authorities like Flag state, Port state and Class etc., We also prepare vessels for future demands for quality, safety, health and reliable measures to protect the marine environment.

Customer’s satisfaction and profitability while ensuring compliance are our main goals. To achieve this, we have built our team taking in to account their experience, qualification and skill which will help in having a long-term association with our clients and also in finding new business. Our team comprises of experienced Masters and Chief Engineers along with other supporting staff.

CREW MANAGEMENT (MANNING DIVISION):

Parmes Marine Service Pvt Ltd recruits and deploys crew to the complete spectrum of vessels. We help with the recruitment of candidates for various departments such as Recruitment and selection, Deployment, Training, Ongoing management of officers, Rating engaged on vessels under full management. These services are managed by respective trainers and dedicated staffs located in an extensive network of crew management. This process is stored and makes all information available to the user throughout the network for planning purpose and links to other financial and operational system in group. We manage all aspects of recruitment for our clients effortlessly. We manage all of the below mentioned procedures for our clients.
